Led top-of-funnel content strategy at Jasper, collaborating cross-functionally with product marketing, creative, and demand generation teams to develop high-value ebooks and whitepapers that educated the market and generated leads. Defined and executed content strategies that positioned Jasper as a trusted resource, ensuring alignment with key messaging and new product launches. Worked closely with creative teams to produce compelling digital assets optimized for lead capture across multiple channels. Continuously refined content formats and messaging based on performance insights, maintaining a fresh, searchable, and effective content catalog.

Customer Stories
Collaborated with Customer Success and Sales to identify and showcase high-value customer stories. Managed the customer story content calendar, overseeing the production process from interviews to publication. Developed a standardized story framework, working closely with designers and videographers to create compelling multimedia content. Conducted customer interviews, wrote engaging case studies, and published them on the website to drive brand credibility and sales enablement.

Brand & Content Marketing Strategy
Established and led the brand and content marketing function for a high-growth marketing firm serving venture-backed companies. Built and executed brand strategy, content development, and event activations, including virtual events with industry leaders that fueled a globally ranked podcast and omnichannel content strategy. Developed brand and content guidelines for both the company and CEO’s personal brand. Hired and managed a team of four, driving internal marketing initiatives and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
